Today's programme, a table à la carte, the tennis court at six: the guest asks from the bungalow, in their own language, and the request lands in the queue of the team that handles it.

One question, and it lands in the right queue.

The guest writes to the assistant and does not have to know who deals with what. ConSergio is the one who knows, and it sends the request to the right team ready to be dealt with.

  • Each team has its own queue and sees the requests that concern it
  • Whoever picks one up knows which unit it came from and what language it was written in
  • The guest follows the status of their request through to done
Changeover Saturday

Four hundred arriving, as many leaving

The day the info point is the only place in the whole park where people queue.

How the info point used to be

  • The queue winding around the square, suitcases still in hand
  • The programme printed in the morning, already out of date by noon
  • Some asking in English, some in Polish, some pointing

With ConSergio at the info point

  • The people who reach the desk are the ones who genuinely need to talk to somebody
  • The programme lives on the phone, updated the moment you update it
  • Everybody reads in their own language, and the pointing stops
The teams

Every request already knows where to go

The guest just asks their question. ConSergio does the sorting, across the teams you configured yourself.

The park, seen through the figures

The queues get shorter

The people who reach the desk are the ones who need to speak to somebody.

The services that sell

Excursions, à la carte dinners, rentals, spa treatments: you know how often they were offered in chat, how many were accepted and which day of the week it happens most.

The questions left uncovered

They are the list of things the park has not written down anywhere yet.

From two till eight

Two hundred arrivals in one afternoon.

Four hundred and twenty beds, all taken.

The questions management asks

The entertainment programme changes every day: can I update it myself?

Yes, and it updates at the source. The assistant answers with the content you loaded, so you change the programme in the dashboard and from that moment it is what guests are told, in whatever language they ask. Anyone with the chat already open reads the new version from their next message.

I have a restaurant, a beach and a pool: do they count as separate properties?

No, a holiday park is one property and the fee is per property. The service points become entries in the catalogue and teams to route requests to. What changes as you move up a plan is how much you use it: the messages included each month and the features that come with it.

What happens if I run out of the messages in my plan?

We warn you before it happens, so you can move up a plan for the current month. The messages included renew every month, and requests sent from the service catalogue use none of them.

Can I give all the staff access?

Yes. Each person signs in with their own account and the role you give them, Owner or Front desk, and on top of the role they can be assigned to a team, so the kitchen's requests do not end up mixed in with maintenance.

All the questions

Open next Saturday with the info point free.

The day's programme is read by whoever wants it, whenever they want, in the language they speak. What is left at the desk is what a person genuinely has to do.
