Four questions, four answers
Do I have to install anything or change my property management system?
No. ConSergio works alongside the system you already have and, where the integration provides for it, the two exchange the information they need. There is nothing to install: the guest gets in from a browser by scanning a QR code, no app and no hardware.
How many languages does the assistant answer in?
In whatever language the guest writes in, and that is more than fifty: it translates your content on its own as it answers. Six, on the other hand, are the languages of the guest app's interface and of the content you can upload: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch.
How long before my property is up and running?
The account opens in 5 minutes. The rest depends on how much you want the assistant to know: you can add services, timings and information a bit at a time. The documents you already have you upload from the dashboard, and the assistant indexes them to answer.

We get back to you to understand how your property works and we show you the product in a 20 minute demo. If you would rather get going on your own, we send you the setup instructions straight away.
