Do I have to install anything or change my property management system?
No. ConSergio works independently of your management system and needs no installation. The guest gets in from a browser by scanning a QR code: no app, no hardware.
How many languages does the assistant answer in?
The interface and the content come in 6 languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. The chat answers in the others too, with nothing for you to configure.
How long before my property is up and running?
The account opens in 5 minutes. Setting up services, timings and information takes an afternoon, and if you upload the PDF of your guest guide the AI fills in most of the catalogue for you.
What happens after I send the form?
We get back to you to understand how your property works and we show you the product in a 20 minute demo. If you would rather get going on your own, we send you the setup instructions straight away.
