Dates and guests
Arrival, departure, adults and children room by room, up to five rooms in the same request.
The offers
For each room, the photo, the description and the total for the stay. Where you would rather not show it, it says price on request, and when only a few are left it says that too.
The reason behind a no
A room that can't be booked explains why: the minimum stay, a day closed to arrivals or departures, too many people for that room. So the person searching knows what to change and doesn't just close the page.
The request
Name, email, phone if they like and a message. The form has a check against bots.

The availability and prices the widget shows come from Reservations, the bookings module: periods, minimum stays, closed days.
Paste one line on your site
The same tag as the AI assistant. Chat and booking share one button, on two tabs.
Reply to the request
The guest is told you will reply to confirm availability and price. Until you do, nobody is committed, neither you nor them.
It is a request, and it stays one until you reply
The widget does not close bookings on its own and does not take payments. For some that is a limit. If you want to choose who gets the room, it is the reason to use it.
- It comes with Reservations on the Plus and Premium plans.
- No payment goes through ConSergio: you handle deposits and payment the way you do today.
- Prices and availability are indicative until you confirm them, and the widget says so.
- Like the assistant, it speaks the language of whoever is booking.
Add booking requests to your website
You will find it installed on Hotel Aurora from the Demo page: go ahead and ask for a room, the hotel doesn't exist anyway.
