ConSergio.ai is the digital concierge for accommodation providers: it answers guests in over fifty languages, at any hour, and with the Reservations module it handles rooms and bookings too.
Fifty words
For the opening paragraph of an article.
ConSergio.ai is the digital concierge for accommodation providers. The guest scans the QR code in the room and writes in their own language, at any hour, and the requests reach the staff on the board. With Reservations, the bookings module, rooms, rates and bookings sit in the same dashboard.
A hundred and fifty words
For a product listing or a press release.
ConSergio.ai is the digital concierge for accommodation providers. The guest scans the room's QR code, opens a chat in the phone's browser and asks for what they need in their own language: hours, house rules, what to see nearby. The assistant answers with the property's own content and sees the request through, and the staff get it on a live board. On any plan, online check-in collects the guest's details before arrival and, once reception has checked them, sends them to Alloggiati Web, the Italian police registration portal. Properties without a booking system can add Reservations, the bookings module: a room-by-room calendar, rates by period and booked dates from the portals via iCal. On the Plus and Premium plans it also collects booking requests from the property's website, with a widget and an AI assistant. The account opens in five minutes, and the fee is yearly, one per property. ConSergio.ai is a product of DevInterface SRL, a software house in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona.

Which logo do you need?
Five versions, each with its place. Every file comes as an SVG for design work and a PNG for everything else.
How to use it
- The name is written ConSergio.ai, with the capital S in the middle. Inside a text ConSergio on its own is fine too.
- Leave at least the height of the mark clear around the logo, meaning the two rounds with the moustache.
- On dark grounds use the version made for them: the light one, lightened further, loses the gradient.
- The logo is used as it is. No recolouring, no distorting, no shadows.
Colours and typeface
One colour family alone, from a near-black green to a near-white mint. Gold is the only shade outside the family and it lives on dark grounds only.
Ubuntu, and that is all
Three weights: 400 for body text, 500 for labels, 700 for headings. There is no second typeface, and the display sizes are told apart by weight and tracking. Ubuntu can be downloaded from Google Fonts.
The gradient
It runs from the green #0E5C45 to the light green #25936A, and on the site it carries the emphasised word inside a heading and the primary button. On text it stops there and does not reach the emerald, which at small sizes on white would have no contrast.
How the guest sees it, in the room and on the website
Captures from the two demos, the guest app and the website of a sample hotel, at full resolution. If you need a different screen, ask for it.

The guest's chat
The assistant answers with the property's real hours and attaches the service to request.

The widget on the website
On the property's website: the free rooms for the dates searched, with the total for the stay and the button to request one.
If you have to write about it, this helps.
Seven things that go first in short descriptions. The first five tell ConSergio apart from any chat bolted onto a website, the last two keep it from promising more than it does.
Worth keeping
- It suits any kind of accommodation, and counts most where reception is not open at every hour.
- The guest scans the room's QR code and writes from the phone's browser.
- The assistant does not stop at the answer: it takes the request and passes it to the staff, who see it on the board with the room, the language and the time.
- The answers come out of the property's own content, so the hours and the rules are the real ones.
- It works alongside the PMS or booking system the property already has. Properties without one switch on Reservations and keep rooms and bookings in the same dashboard as the requests.
- What comes in from the website is a booking request, and the property confirms it. Payments and deposits stay outside ConSergio.
- ConSergio sends the details to Alloggiati Web only after the check at reception; the reporting remains the property's legal duty, and the credentials are its own.
