The warmth of your welcome, in every language.

ConSergio is your bed and breakfast's digital concierge: it takes on the practical questions and the language, so you can be with your guests instead of on the phone.

Tell the story of your land, without the language in the way.

ConSergio learns from your own content: the Friday tasting, the path behind the house. And it tells arriving guests about them, without you repeating it at every table.

  • Your recommendations, translated once and always ready
  • Experiences and tastings offered at the right moment
  • Less time explaining the Wi-Fi, more time with your guests
At the table

While you are serving, and the other table calls you

The two columns read in parallel: same row, before and after.

How it used to go

  • The same explanation about breakfast, at every table
  • Guests asking what to see while you are serving the others
  • Tasting bookings taken out loud, and then forgotten

With ConSergio in the house

  • It tells them the house hours and rules, before they come and ask you
  • The local recommendations arrive in chat, in the language of whoever is reading
  • The tasting books itself, with the number of people already written down
The area

Your area, told the way you would tell it.

The places you know by heart you write down once. From then on it tells them, to whoever is staying long enough to go, and in the language they ask in.

Someone arriving from elsewhere has no idea what is twenty minutes away, and they ask you over breakfast. It is the same ten answers, and now ConSergio gives them, with the places you chose yourself:

  • wineries
  • nearby farm stays
  • restaurants
  • markets
  • walking trails
  • bike rental
  • thermal baths
  • guides
  • working farms
  • craft shops

You decide who gets in and who does not. What you did not put in the catalogue never gets suggested, so no guest ends up being pointed to the competitor on the other side of the valley.

The questions of people who host in their own home

Do I have to write all the local recommendations myself?

Write the ones you actually give: the winery you send guests to, the path that starts behind the house, the market times. You write them once in your own language and they are told to each arriving guest in theirs, without you translating anything.

Does it answer in Dutch and German too?

Yes, and there is nothing to configure. The guest writes the way that comes naturally and gets an answer in the same language, so you are not left deciphering a message on your phone while you are serving breakfast.

I only work from April to October: do I pay through the winter too?

No. At the end of the season you pause the subscription from your own area and start it again when you reopen, so you pay for the months you work. The content stays as you loaded it: reopening does not mean starting over.

Doesn't it take away the relationship with guests?

It takes away the questions you answer on autopilot, the ones that keep you on the phone while your guests are at the table. The time that frees up goes back where it belongs, which is with them.

Does it work for a farm stay as well?

Yes. Out in the country the questions belong to the season and the place: what time dinner is, where to park the van, whether the path behind the house takes a pushchair. The digital concierge tells them in the language of whoever is asking, even while you are among the tables.

I run a bed and breakfast with four rooms: isn't this too much for me?

No, it is the size it was built for. A small B&B has no front desk, so the questions all land on your phone, at any hour. ConSergio takes them: you write the breakfast times and the places you recommend once, and from there it answers in the language of whoever asks. The smallest plan covers properties with up to about ten rooms.
