There are four hundred metres between the pitch and reception.

The guest does not walk them to find out when the pool closes. They write from their phone, in Dutch or in German, and the answer comes straight back. When a person is needed, the request goes to the team that handles it.

🇳🇱 NederlandsJa graag, twee vanaf negen uur.
ConSergioGenoteerd. De verhuur bevestigt het u binnen enkele minuten.

From the pitch, the request leaves already complete.

ConSergio answers with your campsite's hours and services, and when there is something to rent it offers it right there. What reaches the kiosk is a request carrying everything needed to deal with it.

  • Every request carries the pitch, the language and the time
  • Bar, pool, rental and maintenance each have a queue of their own
  • A rental offered in chat stays tracked all the way to handover
At the entrance

The kiosk, the first Saturday in August

The same morning, seen from inside the kiosk and from the phone of somebody already on their pitch.

How the kiosk used to be

  • A queue of motorhomes at the barrier and the internal phone ringing
  • The same questions about the pool, the laundry and the market, from eight till eight
  • The rental asked for over dinner, which nobody writes down anywhere

With ConSergio at the kiosk

  • Whoever comes to the barrier comes for the check-in
  • It explains the hours and services, in Dutch as in German
  • The rental asked for over dinner is on the board before breakfast
At season's end

In October the sums do themselves.

The kiosk can breathe

Whoever reaches it needs a person, not an opening time.

Rentals and services tracked

E-bikes, inflatables, washing machines, the transfer to the lake: you see how often they were offered, how many were accepted and what they brought in. You plan next season on those figures.

The languages that actually turn up

The dashboard counts which language people write to you in, and how often.

The QR code

Where the guest finds it

A campsite has no rooms, so the code multiplies: you generate one for every point where a question can come up, and print them however you like.

  • On the pitch post

It is the first place the guest stops, and the one the request leaves from with the pitch number already inside it.

  • At the kiosk, beside the barrier

Somebody arriving at eleven at night, with the kiosk closed, still has somebody to ask where their pitch is.

  • On the bar counter and in the laundry

The opening hours of the common areas are the most frequent question of the day, and that is where it occurs to people.

  • Inside the mobile homes and the equipped tents

Here the QR code does what it would do in a hotel room: it welcomes, explains and collects the requests.

From eight till eight

A day at full occupancy.

A hundred and eighty pitches and thirty mobile homes, all taken.

  • 63Requests that came in today
  • 27Closed without reaching the staff
  • 9Rentals booked in chat
Before you say yes

The questions that come from campsites

Does the QR code work on the pitch too, where the Wi-Fi does not reach?

Yes. The chat is a web page that opens in the phone's browser, so it works over the campsite Wi-Fi just as it does over the guest's own data: one of the two is enough. If your Wi-Fi only covers the common areas, the QR code on the pitch post is still worth having.

Where do I put the QR code if I have no rooms?

Wherever the guest goes: on the pitch post, at the entrance kiosk, on the bar counter, inside the mobile homes. You generate them from the dashboard, one per pitch or common area, and print them however you like. It is still one property, because the fee is per property and not per pitch.

My property closes for the winter: can I pause the subscription?

Yes. From the subscription area you switch off when you close and back on when you reopen, so you pay for the months the property is working. The content stays where it is: when you reopen you find services, timings, answers and QR codes as you left them, and the first guest of the season finds everything ready.

Can I give all the staff access?

Yes. Each person signs in with their own account and the role you give them, Owner or Front desk, and on top of the role they can be assigned to a team, so the kitchen's requests do not end up mixed in with maintenance.

All the questions

What is left at the kiosk is the check-in.

The questions that reach the desk today go to it, in the language they are asked in. The queue at the barrier gets shorter from the first Saturday.
