Set up the periods and let ConSergio handle them. You set a rate for a period and it applies to every date inside that range. Low season, high season, bank holidays, festivities or special periods: you can create different rules without entering every single day by hand.

The figures are only an example. You can change rates, periods and conditions mid season too, whenever the needs of the property change.
ConSergio adapts to your property
Reservations can be added to any plan, and with both modules the fee starts at €79 a month. On the Plus and Premium plans it also brings the booking widget and the AI assistant for your website.
If you already have a property management system
If you already use a PMS or another management system for bookings, you do not have to replace it. ConSergio can keep taking care of the guest experience, the conversations and the requests, while bookings stay in the system you already use.
If you have none
You can turn on Reservations to manage rooms, availability, rates, bookings and requests, keeping everything in the same place where you handle guest requests. It is built for hotels, B&Bs, guest houses and small properties that do not need a complex PMS.
Before you switch it on
Can the guest book a room from the chat?
It depends on which chat. In the app, during the stay, no: there the guest asks questions and books the services, from the spa to the transfer. From the widget on the property's website, visitors see the free rooms for their dates and send a booking request, which lands in the dashboard for your staff to confirm. The widget comes with Reservations on the Plus and Premium plans.
Can I use ConSergio instead of a property management system?
If you have none, yes: rooms, rates and bookings live here, next to the requests. If you have one and it suits you, keep it and leave the module off: the rest of ConSergio works as before.
Could I end up taking two bookings for the same room?
There is one availability and it lives in one place: when a room fills, it shows as taken to anyone looking at the dashboard. That is the work the module exists for, and it is also why rooms should not be kept on a spreadsheet on the side as well.
