We are DevInterface, a software house in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona.
Small properties drown in the same questions. What time is breakfast, how does the heating work, where do we park, what is there to see around here: always the same ones, arriving with every new guest and arriving in the language of whoever is asking.
The software built to answer those questions, though, is priced as if there were a chain behind it, or takes for granted a management system a three-room property does not have. So the people with few rooms are left out twice: on the price and on the requirements.
ConSergio started there. It goes live in five minutes, the multilingual concierge is included even in the cheapest plan, and it asks you to change nothing of what you already use. It is the concierge of the grand hotels, for people who have no front desk.

We wrote them before we wrote the software, and we have not changed them since.
Simple first
If it takes a technician to set up, we got it wrong. The account opens in five minutes; filling it with hours, services and answers takes an afternoon, with coffee. If you have the in-room guide as a PDF, upload it and a good part is already done.
Your data stays yours
The servers are in the European Union. The question everybody actually asks, though, is a different one: what do you collect about my guest? Nothing. They scan the QR code and write, they do not register and they leave no email. A list of your guests does not exist on our side.
We do not tie you to us
The fee is monthly with no minimum term: the day you stop finding it useful, you cancel. ConSergio works alongside the system you have, not in its place, so if one day you switch it off everything else carries on as before.

Who is behind ConSergio?
DevInterface SRL, a software house in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona. It is not somebody else's product that we resell: we write it and maintain it here, so whoever answers the phone works at the same company that built the software.
Where does my guests' data live?
In the European Union. And the bigger point is that we collect no personal data about your guests at all: opening the chat takes a scan of the QR code, with no sign-up and no contact details left behind.
What happens if I want to stop?
You cancel, and that is it, because the fee is monthly and there is no minimum term. There is no upfront investment to write off and you replaced nothing to use it, so going back to how you worked before takes no undoing.
