The staff's day starts here.
Requests arrive in real time and stay there until they are done. It works from your phone while you are walking the floors, and it does not touch the system you already use.
From the request to the figure
The board is the centre of the day; around it sit the service catalogue, the statistics and the conversation history.
Setup and QR codes ready to print
You open the account and set up the profile, the services and the hours. ConSergio generates a QR code for each room or common area, ready to print or to send.
A live board of requests
No request gets lost. ConSergio collects and arranges the guests' requests on a board split into New, In progress and Done. The staff always know what they have to do, what somebody has already taken on and what has been settled.
Managing services and categories
Every service has a photo, a description, hours, a price and a switch to publish it. You decide the categories, and the extras have slots and availability.
Statistics
Most viewed and most requested services, guest languages, peak hours, all exportable. Plus how the assistant is performing and suggestions on what your catalogue is missing.
AI conversation history
A list of the chats with filters by date and language, and unanswered questions flagged: the basis for improving your property's content.
Automatic content import
You upload the photos or the PDF of the in-room guide and the AI pulls out services, hours and descriptions, filling in the catalogue. You review it all before publishing.
Every request leaves a trace.
Put together, those traces tell you how your property works and what your guests ask for.
- Every request is recorded with the exact time and the channel it came in on
- The figures aggregate themselves into readable statistics, with no spreadsheet to fill in
- You see which services the demand gathers around and which nobody asks for
- The unanswered questions tell you where to start
- You export it all whenever you need it outside the dashboard
- Towels34
- Late check-out21
- Breakfast in the room18
- Bike rental11
- IT 41%
- EN 28%
- DE 19%
- others 12%
The requests gather between 8 and 10 and between 19 and 21.
7questions left unanswered this week, nearly all of them about luggage storage.

On top of the role, each person can be assigned to a team. On the board they then see only the requests that concern them, and maintenance requests do not turn up in the kitchen.
You can watch the next request arrive here.
You get the property live and the first request appears on the board, with the room and the language of whoever wrote it.
