What one referral is worth
Say how many properties you expect to refer each quarter, and on which plans. The maths follows the terms as written: tiers by revenue band, twelve months of commission per client, quarterly payout.
Put your own numbers in
The subscriptions are the ones on the price list, before VAT. If the prices you have in hand include it, say so in the field below and we strip it out before anything else.
Parameters
How many new properties you switch on every three months, split by plan and by billing period.
How much one quarter's intake grows over the quarter before it.
It applies to monthly subscriptions. Anyone who paid for the year keeps counting until it runs out.
It moves the tier, not the revenue: the cash collected is the same either way.

- €2,875Commission in year two

Estimate updated: €1,229 of commission in year one, Silver tier once settled.
Quarter by quarter
Bar height is the commission, colour is the tier applied. The horizontal tick is that quarter's MRR, which is what sets the next quarter's tier: that is why the tick clears a threshold and the colour changes only on the bar after it.

Why the percentage always arrives a quarter late
These are the two rules in the terms that jump out the moment you read the table, and that nobody guesses beforehand.
The tier comes from the quarter before
The percentage applied to a quarter comes from the MRR of the one before it. Clear the threshold in March and you see the new percentage on the quarter starting in April, not on the one closing. So the very first quarter is always Bronze: there is nothing behind it to read. The chart shows it plainly. The tick rises above the dashed line, and the bar that changes colour is the next one.
The twelve-month cap settles your MRR for you
Every client earns commission for twelve months from activation, which is four quarters, and then drops out of the count even though the subscription carries on. What follows is that the MRR you are measured on tends towards four times what you bring in a single quarter, and settles there. Climbing a tier means raising the pace of referrals: piling up clients, on its own, stops moving the percentage at some point.
This is an estimate, not a commitment. The subscriptions are the ones on the price list as you read this, and real clients do not arrive at the steady pace a simulation assumes. What governs is the partner programme terms and the contract you sign: where they differ from this page, they win.
